No one has a guide for stations.... i dont even know how to get a sheild or wepon or energy or set a trade good or.... (babbels on for another 5 minuits)...

To be honest it is better to not build bases at low lvls. When I built bases when I first started they were always killed by high lvl's alts. Best to wait till 500+ and get on a decent team, they can help you out with all the things you need to know.

My base just got blown up, it had 600 k sheilding.... btw i know how to build bases now

At this level, it is almost useless really. If you are not in a corp, you will most likely lose you base due to AI or something else attacking it. If anything, get in a corp THEN place a base. At that level, forget about it. Go level then worry about base creation money issues.
