He's supposed to be one of the entry level ubers, isn't he? Why the fuck does he have Platforms and Battleships in his dg anyways? |

It seems that you can't really have a person build his first T20 ship from also doing the uber himself in a T19 or lower tech ship. I guess it needs tweaking. |

hmm think thats right but buying from RE will be a problem, we only have all 10 we have in shipform... its also not a DG i like to do for just a commod for a 5b ship |

Imo, all Entry-T20 Ubers and similar Ubers (Nate, Alby) should be limited to a certain band of w3, like DF140-200. It's just silly to find a T20 Uber in the same DF James Watt and Red Photon are normally found at. |

The problem is that the ship is an entry level T20, and Noire (depending upon uni reset) is possible to be found in low DF regions like that of where Sputty and Marco can be found. However unlike Marco and Sputty, Noire has a very high upper DF boundary. It's as high as James Watt and Captain Kidd's DF boundaries. Does that mean the Rosy is as powerful as a Wattage or Prawn? I would hope not. |
