i think he wants pos reserve emp tarkin since he also wants 100k energy and only 20~30k dps.

I kinda like those setups but there is a major problem. None of the setups suggested here add docking speed.

i would settle with only like 100k shield if it means more dps but the energy I don't really want to go under 100k.
(also it would be nice to have more dps but i could settle with 20-30k)

What about Jovian, Pos Tsunami+, Emp, the inbuilt stats are pretty good.

You can get 100k shields if you are willing to use bindomite/invest into some resonating modded gear. I can give you a list of setups to choose from (don't worry, they are all cheap! No emperor augmenters or 200b+ investments involved, cheap setups are underrated) if you're willing to send me a private message. I will just need to look for my lists but its very easy to get 100k shields or over without investing hundreds of billions.
