Change the formulas so that low level characters do not get penalized for high level characters in their squads.

Currently slightly higher level player joining a squad can significantly harm the xp gain of their squadmates, even if the lower level players are doing most of the damage. There are alternate formulas that we could try out, to determine the split more by damage done rather than level.

We can also boost the squad xp bonus to add further incentive to leveling in squads.

Huge massive yes from me. I was actually just thinking about this as I got a friend of mine to join the game and made a noob alt with him. The issue is he has proceeded to get level 60~ while I am 30~. This means until I log on solo and close the gap we can no longer level together which is really lame.

all you really have to do is perform the split before the level calculation and then do the level calculation separately.
