Not sure what you mean by "fill out," but you would be able to drop as many attached bases as there are planet and moon slots.

If someone wants to drop 20 Ada kits to defend a gal I don't see any reason why they shouldn't.

because then you just choose a gal with 30 planets and increase your MFM efficiency by like 500%, making a OP ecosystem. I could probably feed 30 colos with 6 slaves if that were the case, colos are already overpowered. Then you would have an OP proddy to live in too.

Not to mention it would take away any balancing strategies that actually used to make defending a gal interesting, all you need to do is drop like 10 t20 kits

10 T20 kits would do jack shit against a proper BvB. I suppose this could make PvB a bit harder though.

I remember failing a BvB with 2 fully decked ada t20 kits against a semi full gal of t16-20 kits

No real excuse for that. Proper Ada assault kits can tank close to arbitrary numbers of defenders of that sort.

Couldn't resist. But if they were indeed proper then I have no problem with the gal defenses prevailing. It takes a lot less than the number of kits you are talking about to thwart a 2-kit BvB.

Those were 2 non-fully decked Ada T20 kits deployed by me (it was my first BvB ever), they lacked a lot in terms of tweaking and fine-tuning and were poorly designed, and lost to 14 pantalones' kits in Futile. That single example does not give a good indication on anything that has to do with BvBing in general.
