Post General Cooldown Skill for Super Items/Inbuilts
I'd like to see another skill along the lines of the Transwarp Subskills, only for - cooldown on Super Items/Inbuilts.

I suspect that a skill allowing us to use those items faster would simply lead to a nerf and rebalance of the items.

I don't like this suggestion. This would be another skill every char should max. We already have aug tweak.

Too cheap way to add content. It would also make balancing superitems harder.

It could literally be a flat 10% boost or something, could even have a drawback. Doesn't have to be a must get.

Eh. They added -50% charge rate and 25 max jumps onto transwarps. This seems fine.

Maybe like 4% per level, up to 5?

Except no1 cares when you have 5 min transwarp or 10 minutes. It doesnt add any combat effectiveness.

I don't like it either. It's indeed something every character should max which is just annoying.

Yea for shit non-combat related like the Transwarp subskills. Not better charge time on super items :P

Not true. If your goal for adding this was for SP sinks then you aint right bub:

Zen Skills: 6315 levels worth of SP right there.

No one can max Zen skills out atm, and no one has.

I'd be for adding something to increase the speed of a super items recharge if it came with a drawback for doing so, but a straight up pure positive doesn't make sense.

also would like to mention that even bar skills/imp skills aren't that effective as a credit sink

best credit sinks come from everyday things players do in general, not fancy skills from FM, sure they're there for a few boosts, but the amount of credits flowing into the game doesn't even come close
