Post Buff Base Missiles
Seriously, these have been completely overlooked.

Annihilator Missiles do 5.5k energy damage, launch once every 5 seconds, aren't affected by augs or damage boosts, can easily be shot down or outrun, have to be launched MANUALLY, and have a grand total of 2000 range.

They do less damage than SHIP missiles, are very slow and probably will be instantly shot down by base weaponry, and have less range than 95% of base weaponry and less DPS than most UNMODIFIED base weaponry. The one and only decent thing about them is that they have 1000 AOE, but one could just use a splash laser and have 50k DPS in 1.5k AOE instead of 1k DPS.

Make them launch automatically and boost their damage by literally 100x and they might become usable, but as-is absolutely no one uses them.

Would be interesting if they were actually key to BvB. Doubt that'll happen though.

These will be getting some attention within the next uni or two. We're planning on making them extremely high damage, but slow and with a decent shieldbank that can't be healed, sortof like the Kalthi Nuclear Missile

These had been left useless despite the base rebalance because they didn't quite fit in I think, they are somewhat awkward for bases.

I hope they would get extremely high damage, the Kalthi's star went supernova when one hit an UrQa Dreadnought right outside the star! Maybe that lore can finally make some sense.
