Nice ideas yellow, some need a little tweaking but I like them.

Oh and Seer DPS does compete with other DPS class's.. its mainly a survival issue

Yeah, with my slate thorax I can get some nice DPS going as well and that is with a really cheap setup.

Availability of good +crit hit percentage augs (AoS) is a problem and that's why most seers don't use weapons like MT. Conclusion and Hibernation are just.. not good enough.
