Why is this limitation in? It just sounds really stupid to me and should be removed.

I thought it was to prevent some folks from dropping a billion level 4000 CA boosters for a comparatively lower amount of real bases.

I'm pretty sure that's what it's in for. One character can have 30 slots max. 2nd charcter +15 3rd character +10 4th character +7.5 (call it 7) 5th character +5 30+15+10+7+5 = 67 Arcadian is 2 slots 67/2= 33 bases... Now I doubt anyone would sacrifice that many base slots but it does allow them to fly through and deny any colonies, shops, whatever in the system. Wouldn't be nearly the problem it could be in this bigger universe. You can have 40% of a galaxy's slots right now, per character. You can have 66.67% of a team owned galaxy's slots right now. Just keep all those number in mind when deciding. When repair kits are used, there must be free slots in the gal. If there is not, pop one and then repair yours.

Your color's 'green value' in decimal is 128, mine is 191.
