Every parasite works this way... hot glue weapons just have really damaging parasites. "Scaling parasite" is redundant.

The exception would be critical hit damage, as Lemon says. At least, I believe that's true.

As a seer, I strike and vanish at nearly the same time. Unless I run into a bright galaxy with an enemy or enemies waiting for me, I don't get hit. Therefore, I don't die.

nah, i've got 6 of em and are lots of people with sprayers anymore.

3 hgg and death

it's a bit op for sure

HGG is fine
one shot I can contend with
but with HGS when its a bazillion bullets over a huge radius its kinda fucked up

That's why it needs 5 HGG, get a PWI, go into the opposite direction keep flying that way, until HGS bullets disappear, repeat.

1shotting a 70% resist 130k banked ship, hmm.
I'm not gonna whine about sniper, but that in combo with the HF only huge damage weapon is crossing the line imho.

The thing is, though, if you unlock it from HF only, SDs will be able to use 'em too, and then we're fucked.

There is such a thing as a high bank Seer? please tell!
If your a sniper that gets one shot by a seer, you probably should choose another game.

Also it seems that the best snipers in game hit harder per shot with a lower DPH weapon than Seers do?
With less +damage in there setup*
But thats for a later rant.

In conclusion, the hot glue gun parasite is rather broken.

The weapon itself has immensely shit tracking imho. I put a few on my MF and lol'd at the shit it was before putting it on my sniper again. hell i even designed my range/tracking bonus to at least get some decent tracking out of this weapon. sure it shoots in an arc. but a good Seer can easily kill me before i can kill them. barring slaves.
