FCs could already control their slaves quite accurately, the controls just streamline the process for us. DMs, on the other hand, never had much control over what their drones shot before now.

They didn't force your drones to attack a target, though, just altered which targets were most preferable. FCs have always been able to set their slaves after a specific enemy.

So have engineers with tractors and collision code.
