 Higher Res FlagsFor C2, make it possible to upload higher res (i.e. 240x120) team flags, and then scale it ingame to the right size.

Re: Higher Res Flags Maybe at some point in the future, but without something to use the higher resolution one, whats the point of having bigger / scaled down flags that just look uglyer because they were scaled ?
