So, I thought this up out of the blue, and I think it would be mainly useful for drones:
Ctrl + Clicking on a hotkey slot will equip or unequip everything in that slot, depending on if it is equipped or unequipped. Shift + Clicking on a hotkey slot will add another item from the inventory to the slot (I.E. You have 4 DWOs equipped, unequip some other drones, then shift+click twice to add the 2 unequipped ones into the stack again) Alt + Clicking does the opposite of shift+click, unequipping/removing an item from the stack and placing it in your inventory. If it is the last item in that slot, it unregisters the item from the hotkey. Thoughts? _________________ Star Sonata is not ready for a release on Steam. You could have shift+left-click equip one more and shift+right-click unequip one, for example.

seems that alt unequips 1 one at a time, shift will equip 1, but wont add more to the stack.

In the SQUAD BAR, yes. Hotkeys =/= Squad bar. They are the much larger boxes ABOVE the squad bar. _________________ Star Sonata is not ready for a release on Steam. what are you on about ? what the hell had the squadbar to do with anything here ?
yes shift+hotkey is bugged right now, to be fixed for next patch, But for instance, if you have titan drones hotkeyed on 1. pressing shift1 would equip 1 more. pressing alt1 would unequip 1. _________________ One of the first and proud flight controller. Visit our website: http://www.ef-team.com |

"ctrl is used for targeting purposes" I don't see any reason why you would target in the hotkey bar, do you? You only use it to select multiple things in the SQUAD BAR. _________________ Star Sonata is not ready for a release on Steam.
