All drones in a stack charge one at a time currently. Make it so that if i equip a stack of 12 drones, each drone in the stack charges at the charging rate.

As it is i can equip 10 different types of drones and they will all be charged as soon as the one with the longest charge time is done charging, as long as i have the elec for it, but if i equip 10 of the fastest charging drones in one stack they will take forever because each one in the stack waits its turn to charge. This is an unacceptable discrepancy.

To fill in the example even more, 1 BFD, 1 ACharge, 1 Bubble, and 1 Sup Prot will take me 20 seconds to charge. 2 BFD, 1 ACharge, 2 Bubble, and 2 Sup Prot will also take me 20 seconds. 4 Acharge will take me 1 minute 20 seconds. 12 charges takes 4 minutes. >_>
