While he hasn't taken any particular precautions to hide his identity, isn't it still bannable to do what Church just did?

It's bannable to do anything. None of the admins have to justify bans. This isn't personal attack or anything, just going off of what Voom said a while ago that they don't need a listed reason to ban you if they feel that you're in the wrong.
