I don't know why I made the connection but I was thinking of car transporters and SS, why don't we have a ship or ships that transports other ships? Now before you start I know we have Bob's towing but visually it's nothing. Dock at towing base, insert money, get in docked ship. Blah. It could even be another way to make money, towing wars...

I know on the surface it sounds broken but hey everything can have restrictions put on it.
