I Have suggested this before, i don't know if it was considered or implemented, but i'm just suggesting it again.
/Recoil, a Command that sets a max to your Rate of Fire... because, when i used to play, sometimes i didn't really need that much RoF i had as an SD back then, my energy used to drain pretty fast, i wished that i could have lower RoF so i can stay firing longer in a DG Level. So lets say i shoot a weapon 10 times per second, but it's too much for me, i want it 5 times per second, so i type " /Recoil 0.2 ", now only this weapon is locked to this max recoil, and it will shoot 5 times per second until i reset it by typing " /Recoil " Alone. Thoughts? |

If you don't want to fire as fast, you can just... not fire all the time?

That's like saying /maxturn isn't needed because you can tap the buttons.

Except we already have a rof cap that keeps you from blowing your entire energy bank with one press of the space bar. _________________ Hi, I'm Anil, a long-time player turned developer. That depends on the weapon/energy you use. _________________ JeffL wrote: because we can and it looks really cool The Voomy One wrote: Quote: Runescape, Allows you to change your name every 30 days. No reason not to put this in. If it helps some people enjoy the game more and is simple then for sure implement.

Of course the best solution is to come up with a setup you can actually shoot with Its not just about what setup i had, it makes sense that if i had toomuch RoF i should be able to set a limit for it, just like a car.. All cars can speed up over 120km/h .. but most people don't do that by simply locking the speed to 120km/h to not get caught by police or something... *epic example is epic* |
