Should clarify

'Problem' I see is implied by that quote. Gg system is gone and I'd prefer a system with implied risks for people that are careless- ie dropping weps etc.

parts system is silly AS IS as you agree obviously by nature of starting this topic.

The game already penalizes people for being careless. Forget grav disruptions? Engineer kills you. Choose the wrong weapon or aim poorly? Get shot down. Fly straight towards a Sniper? Take a V2 to the face. True, the GG system did penalize people for forgetting gear glue, but that's artificial. Do you really feel that one of the most important skills in this game should be anal-retentiveness?

I'm all for SS to keep on being the challenging game it is, but that doesn't mean we can't lose the useless (in my opinion) hurdles and concentrate on what makes a game good.
