User Base "Set Description..." needs to be larger

The window that is opened is tooooooo small.

Teams use this on their "Forges" to track who is building what. Please widen the window 2X and give it 6 to 8 lines. Also expand the description field displayed in the "General" tabs to show about 2x the current characters.
