Make them grem the duration

But the grem type IS the same. The duration of the grem is not, however, the same length.

ATL: T17, Laser, Surg crit, Seer locked*, Costs 350m to build.
Gremivoker: T20, Projectile, Energy crit, not locked, rare dg drop. The ATL is a hybrid of a DPS weapon and a grem weapon. THAT, is why the grem duration is poor. It can actually hurt! I agree with church on this one, the only reason why grem invoker lasts so long is because it's a projectile weapon. Atl can do significant damage and therefor should grem much less.
