Post T16 Level Ubers suggestion/discussion.
To make game more appealing to low levels, since newbs aren't going to stay kinda low for a while...

-Blue denotes new uber, Green denotes edited uber.
-LOOK, still no comby troll spam!
-Unless the tech is specified, the tech of the items are the tech of the AI.


1. Unforgone and Gone: No kidding, thats its name. A T16 Uber, part of an introduction to w3 and Perious Space. Basically, a weaker MF2 Forgone, but with a missile launcher as well, it sports roughly the firepower of BFH. Weak to Surgical and Radiation. It wields(besides the launcher), 2 Xeno Pulse Guns and 2 Xeno Lasers.
-Loot:
1. Xeno Pulse Gun BP
2. Xeno Ethereal Laser BP
3. Forgonic [ship] BP(HF, 3 augs, good protection and decent stealth. Lacks inbuilt elect)
4. Light Xeno Shielding(T16 shield, acts like a T16 Dem TS+)
5. Heavy Xeno Shielding(T16 extension of the Ghoulstop)
6. Light Xeno Energy(T16 Rats powered energy, intended for BOTH Seer and SD)
7. Heavy Xeno Energy(T16 Rats powered energy, intended for BOTH Zerk and Sniper)


2. Icepickler Pickaxe: Another T16 uber, and part of the package to introduce w3 and Perilous, it is a weaker MF Pick. It is very visible, no chance at stealth. It wields a triple bullet Pick graphic pulse gun with great range. Spawns "decoys" at low health. Decoys are like Lion Clones, but Ice Picks.
-Loot:
1. Ice Pickaxe(Heavy duty shotgun, 3 bullets)
2. Ice Throwing Axe(3 bullet high bullet speed pulse)
3. Anti-Ice Beam(Fire damage laser, similar to a jiji, except much worse tracking)
4. Ice Pickler BP(3 aug visible HF, lots of weapon slots, hostility + range type bonuses)


3. Rackham: Edited to have a loot table.
-Loot:
1. Rackham's Bigger Pulse(both the weapon, and the BP. Weapon has increased range and hits a bit harder, since no one actually uses it)
2. Rackham's Bigger Blaster(A T16 PSS, weaker somewhat in damage, but still featuring long range)
3. Rackham's Protector(T16 sniper Shield, pretty much a Basil Mega Sheath without the damage, but a bit more regen. Less regen than Hell's Gate)
4. Rackham's Stealth Thruster(T16 Stealth Engine, bigger than Qua Vazuk, but same stats otherwise)
5. Rackham's Missile Launcher(Should not be added atm; intended as a T16 launcher for Gunships)
6. Rackham's Range Dampener(A T16 Field Gen for offensive FC's. Reduces enemy range, and damage)


4. The Arsonist's Son: A T16...Reaver. His existence is denied by Earthforce, but the rumors that persist state that he likes to...burn ships. Unlike The Arsonist, the child is supposed to be located elsewhere. Some say he's near a planet called Miranda. Uses high amount of run code to get the thorax to work.
-Loot:
1. Arsonist Thorax(Heat thorax, has small fire)
2. Nothing else atm


5. The Darkness: A T16 stealth uber. Uses the Black Hole texture and model. It has no weapon, but rather a super item that acts like a Vjack and a Seer Warper combined into one. Low(for an uber) shields, decent speed, quite stealthy. If it hits you, your vis skyrockets. Would exist in an instance located in The Dark.
-Loot:
1. Darkness BP(T16 LF, kinda fast, good hull, crit bonuses)
2. Dream Eater(T16 LF Field Gen, reduces ability to fight for reducing target's shields by a set amount)
3. Night Mine Factory(Produces a powerful Electron Storm effect, as well as reducing everyone in the blast area's radar by a ton)
4. Phantom Stream(Notice the space? Moderate bank, damage bonus, decent regen)
5. Phantom Protoplasm(Energybank, low bank, high regen)
5a. Phantom Ectoplasm(energybank, moderate bank, high regen)
6. Nightmare Thruster(good LF stealth engine)


The Barbarossa Brothers: Twin seers on the team Cosmic Corsairs, they both act as the same uber. Until the second is killed, no loot drops. One is fluent in the art of the thorax, while the other has a warper+weapon super item. Their names are Pete and Paley.
1. Panther Cub BP(the ship the pirates use, it is a LF and features the T20 version's panther ambush, but otherwise a T16 Panther)
2. Saber Fang(High damage surgical laser, short range, reduces target regen upon hit)
3. Aggregate 4(High damage energy thorax, poor ROF, reduces target speed upon hit)
4. Can't think of anymore now

6. Robert Coffeesi: Named after, yet another pirate, is a T16 uber that pilots a Buccaneer's Battleship. He hides in a cove in w2 Wild Space waiting for prey to come near. The ship wields two Rifled 24 Pounders, which is its primary guns. It has a dual broadside special that causes five Smoothbore Carronades to unleash their fury. Guarding the cove with the Battleship is 4 Buccaneer's Cruisers, and 2 Buccaneer's Frigates.
-Loot:
1. Buccaneer's Battleship BP(It is a Gunship, best added after the Gunner change, and unlike dreads, follows a bp build closer to a Rosy, with no annoying research and much reduced metal cost)
2. Buccaneer's Battlecruiser and BP(This one, is a T16 Assault HF, rather than the sucky T10 thing)
3. Buccaneer's Battlefrigate and BP(T16 LF, heavy damage dealing ability, lacks a bit of defense)
4. Live Oak Armor(Heavy Diffuser, protects Laser, Energy, Heat, and Physical)
5. Smoothbore Carronade(Heavy Mining Projectile gun, short range)
6. Rifled 24 Pounder(Medium Mining Projectile gun, medium range, like 300)
7. Old Ironside Defense(Capship shield, high bank, low regen, slight resist bonus)
