Post Base size
make them bigger, and arrange size by tech like in c1 so you can see the tech of the base easier + it would look better

Going to get clutterfobic when you consider that there are still many random templates for very close knit star systems and planetary systems in SS uni generation. It'd just make the game more of a clusterfuck than it already it.

No to the size increase without also increasing the size of non red giant suns, planets, and moons. As well as orbital distance between other objects and the object the body is orbiting.

Maybe for now just make the glow very prominent?

Huh? I'm not seeing what you're...
Anyways,
/no to bigger
/yes to size differences.

I swear they're all exactly the same size. Can't tell the techs at all.

Post Re: Base size
I see the glows on my bases, and every other team's bases. The only problem is that my T18 bases still have the green glow of a T20.

i still cant easily see the glows.

i have really tried to like the bases, and i think that the overall idea is nice, but not being able to immediately see the glow color is annoying.

Also, in the targeting window I can't make out the size of bases easily, they should go from tiny to enormous, not normal to slightly larger than normal.

Post Re: Base size
I know for a fact my ExE's(T6's) are a lot smaller than my T20 defense bases. The glow isn't prominent enough, and is best viewed from a top down perspective, the view that all you c1 veterans are used to.

But when you look down, you see the glow quite well. I can tell a green glow is a T18/T20, and an orange glow is a T14. Andaman still have their purple glow.

Base size...not so good. Theres just a small difference between original kit sizes(bana kit looks like an adonis kit). But there is a difference, and if you look at them, a T20 base does look a lot bigger than a T12.

btw, solar panel slots depend on physical size(100 is 10 slots, bulk trader is 110). I have compared the base sizes and they always have +10 slots as bonus. So, simply by that i could already figure that bases should be bigger. Make them bigger according to slots.

Probably could pull the real pattern from the wiki ;) But good God, make the bases look their slot size.
