 BattleSphereAs things stand now a BS has the same negative mining resists as a t 20 BASE. This is intolerable. Also the engine is shit. Either make the Engine worth a damn and give it more speed and leave the resists alone OR leave the engine as is and beef the resists by a significant amount. (To mining only). The ship is slow so it takes every hit that comes it's way. I am not asking or suggesting that it should be able to tank an Ada kit but that it can't be one or two shot by a seer. It was built for battle but is totally useless against anything with mining weapons. Leo

Were you 1/2 shot by a seer? If so, was this seer T21? Then, duuh, you have you answer. if not, you just auged/geared poorly. BS is a good ship, want it to tank mining? aug it for tanking and not damage want it to hurt? aug it for DPS? |

Now at the original suggestion I think that mining resists should be able to be overcome with more then a compress mining damp+. Re: BattleSphere My engineer BS has upwards of 250k shields. I've yet to see a seer one shot me or get close enough to shoot me with drones out.

Re: BattleSphere The name "Battle Sphere" is misleading.
It seems to be a support type ship for large groups. It seems to be meant for PvAI. The ship is a pain to fly, fairly difficult to aug and gear but powerfull. Probably the ship is very balanced as you don't see anybody using it. I have never been on a squad in Oly in which someone else also was using a BS. Sure a lot of people have one but they don't seem to use it. Why choose a balanced ship when you can go for broken ones? |

On any given Oly run you will find one HM shm at least - but where is the guy bringing in that comfortable aura and still be able to heal quite nice? |
