Post Bloodstained Ares Expander vs. Ares Expander
Is this some kind of joke? I've recently built Bloodstained Ares Expander which require 2 ares expanders, 1 Ada sheet, 2 Rub Matrix Sheath, 20 Gold bars, & 5b for which in return I get only +1% dmg bonus?
What the hell am I supposed to do with this?

See the stats urself:
Ares Expander: 20+ hull, Size: 5, Improves dmg +1%
BS Ares Expander: 20+ hull, Size: 5, Improves dmg +2%

I was expecting around 25+ hull, 2% dmg bonus atleast!
So how about u make some change in it?

Check out the Heph Coppersmith Expander; same story but for resistance. I found it worthwhile for my ShM but that's because I don't have nearly as much resistance augging as the average DPS class has damage augging, so the effect of the bonus is greater.

In this case, I think it would be appropriate to get a bit more hull on the expander (22 maybe), or else change the +2% Damage to +1% Damage, +1% Critical Hit Percentage or another bonus that's not quite as well covered by augmenters.

I don't get whats up with these 1%'s and 2%'s, why not 5% and 10%... >.<

Its not like inbuilts effect your overall build that much anyway.. its almost insignificant for how much money your throwing at a build like that.

Imo t21 expanders are fairly underpowered bcuz of the rareness & high price requirement. And it pops out to be a facepalm.
They should go through every olympus expander again & see what is needed to be done to achieve playerbase satisfaction!

In that case, not only Demon Expansion but each expander should be balanced. I demand a complete rechecking of t20 & t21 gear (comparing them & re-balancing).

No these expanders should just be beefed lacking hull space is just fucking annoying please don't fuck it up.

I agree with Beelzebub. There's nothing wrong with the t21 expanders. The lower-tech expanders are super broken.

The Bloodstained Ares Expander isn't that bad. The Poseidon Hippios Expander on the other hand was bad for sure. And the Hephaestus Coppersmith Expander is just epic.

No, just compare Demon Expansion and Bloodstained Ares Expander. There is a huge difference.
The thing is, why should an item which requires more than 30 Billion worth of items be worse than an item which u can easily get as a drop?
BS Ares Expander was surely a let down :(

Lol whoever thinks throwing so much material and credits at a build for a 1% increase in damage to that item which comes out to less than 1% increase in overall damage is a fucking nut case.

If anything the expander should have given like 10 more hull space than it already did, including the 1% damage increase (which is insignificant).

Look at Kidd's Shielding, a 1000 increase in shield bank, and +20% base damage increase from zombie bunny stop. (has +20% damage Kidd's has +40% rof.) all for what? An uber that takes about 11 minutes?

Nerfing the lower teir expanders wouldn't make the higher teir any better, it would just make every thing complete shit.

End of story lol
