Post Associate support tickets with accounts.
I dunno if I'm alone here or not, but I have a huge amount of tickets put in over the years. And my only way to "track" them is by searching my email for support emails and then inputting the actual ticket numbers to the support.starsonata.com interface.

Can't we just make this a little easier and make our forum sign in's remember each ticket we input?

It's basically impossible for me to try and find unresolved tickets through my email. Even if I tried really hard, it's going to take ages to search each ticket and see if they got a response or not.

Just a thought.

Yeah, would be so much easier than having to get the ticket numbers just to check on tickets, would be so much quicker if just being signed in gave you a list of your tickets (possibly showing you which ones have new replies and such?).
