Atm it takes multiple universes just to catch up with the free roster points old teams have (which assumes a top 3 team score, very unrealistic).

Basic contentions:

Give new teams the free roster points older teams got.

Make it possible for a "new" team to catch up with an old established team quickly... or at least get most of the way there. Right now it doesn't matter if it's a band of l33t 3ndgam3 players or some guy fresh out of nexus. They're never going to catch up and recycling old teams is the currently the way to go. As a remedy I suggest some kind of scaling system, where newer teams gain EXP quickly until reaching an average (or somesuch) team level.
