Post Newbies and Exploration.
Help chat has mostly become "How do I fly to here" instead of actual gameplay questions.


Suggestion: Reveal all of EF space to the newbies. No point in hiding that information.

Maybe just reveal all the "special" galaxies, similar to how the paxian exploration missions work? There's still some exploration involved, but it's no longer guess work.

As kinda new to the game. I gotta say that not seeing the map was one of my biggest problems being new, the second biggest was not knowing the /search command. If I only knew that being in a team, most of the time, was giving you the complete map.

It would make the new experience better if atleast w1 and w2 were available. That said I like the game because of it being "hard" and most of that "hard" is coming from the complete lack of information. (Complete might not be the right word to use, but the game sure is confusing even with the wiki and the startup missions.)

So don't show all the maps, but let atleast the map you need until lvl 100-200 (two-three days?) be visible.

Honestly, what needs to happen is twofold:

Exploring a system should show the links on the map (not just put that particular one on the map). So like, Free market would put ring and all it's other links on the map (going off of current uni).

There needs to be a way to filter/ make prominent system that aren't fully explored.
