It would be nice to have a live chat linked to the game itself so when you are browsing forums you can chat in game at the same time for making trades ect.

Also instead of having to click on the news and updates, it would be cool to have a news flash at the bottom of what all is happening as you would see on tv watching the news.

Even updates like when roaming boss have been killed, who killed it and what team they are on. Even war updates who has declared on who ect it would be really interesting and more exciting. Not to mention forums could be a lot more active and could even bring back some old players that just browse fourms.
