Two things that could improve DPH seer's life (DPS seer has a lot of power right now):

1. A skill/item/weapon that makes it so a weapon generates no noise. Just a simple thing like that could greatly confuse an enemy in PVP.

2. A skill/item/weapon that makes a weapon's bullet/beam invisible.

For both of these ideas, the seer would be given a sensory advantage over their enemy, which I believe is in line with what seer is all about.

Beyond this, I would like DPH seers to be a viable force in combat again. There are no t21 or t22 weapons that deal massive damage per hit currently. I would like to see the invisible 1-hitting terrors make a comeback.

Yeah. 1-shotting everything is fun and interactive.

If you remove the target's ability to respond to the seer, it ruins that side's gameplay experience.

I think the current issue stems from the slow increase in resistances over the years, and the switch to regen based ShMs over bank.

With such high resists and bank on most chars now, Seers have to do enough damage to overwhelm the ShMs healing. This means you have to output like 500k-1m dps as fast as you can to do 200k damage through resists, and that means you gotta verv.

The "peck and hide" strategy doesn't work against the current playerbase. I don't see a way to fix that without making Seers OP or nerfing everyone into the ground.
