 Put a fixed Programming Training location in EFWhile i understand the intent of placing programming in Peri space, this is going to put off new players trying to base. Certainly, i can agree Programming 30+ should be peri alone, i strongly believe that the lower level Programming tech should be more readily available.
Can Programming up to tech 20 be added to shadow or ring? _________________
