Allow us to change ship names when docked so it's easier to find storage ships =)

You can already name ships, Right click rename

I tested on test server, you can have an excessively long ship alias too, way more than the current limitation. I'd at least like to see more alias characters allowed, I'm not sure if a color could be applied, though I think it's possible.

Would be pretty cool it you could only change colors for your own ships or not at all, but then give colors everyone can see to emp characters, devs, hookers, etc...
