To allow a player to create "Xfer" lists.

SS full of random base gear of varying quantities.

I am dropping an StM kit, deploy kit, dock ... click StM list, click transfer. It transfers the corresponding and relevant number of items to the base instantly, (as specified in said list,) no more selecting and clicking drudgery.

I am now dropping my ExE kit ... etc etc.

Also allowing for multiple lists to be attached for different setups.

Open to expansions on this and input.
