Subspace bosses have a 15% chance to drop an Unstable Avesaka Cortex.

Re: rc 19 re-balance I love how you cut off half the quote. And again is not 25% from subspace. Honestly, it's starting to sound like you're just in it to get your alts done. And yes RP is a neglected lockout. Most people don't bother with it. I cannot count the times I have informed people they can two man it, only to have them say they don't need it because they have it for all there alts, or find out they were completely unaware it could be two manned.
But seriously, how about you go fix that quote instead of deliberately trying to misrepresent what I said.

Re: rc 19 re-balance The issue really isn't that RP is a bottleneck, though it is. The issue is that RP is not done very often compared to the 11 odd Subspace bosses, which are done for T22 skills. RP has no other skills associated with it, and only niche Capital Ship items, which just got recently outclassed by a few kilometers with the introduction T22 Capship items.
The solution at hand would be to make the RC19 commod (make a new name if you have to) have 15% chance of dropping, but have 10 more bosses that drop it. 5 of those 10 being Olympus bosses, too.

Subspace bosses have 25% chance to drop RC20, which there are 10 different bosses + the roaming peril boss is suppose to have a chance at RC20 i think, so thats 25% from 11 different bosses. so 25% chance with 11 tries per week.
That is the main issue atm I believe tonal is trying to say. Takes 8+ alts to do RC20 content takes 2-4 alts to do RC19

Re: rc 19 re-balance Tractoring 22 can be done with 1 char, equip/engines i've done with 2 characters, radar/cloaking i've done with 4 charcters, DD i've done with 5 characters, piloting/weaponry i've done with 5-6? can't remember, and shielding/EE i hate so can't remember the minimum characters on those runs.
