Post Have some insights on SS economy
on main page, state how many credits are in game, this uni how many credits were generated from each source: Colonies, IC sales, DG drops. Also how many credits were spent, ai bases, death related, construction.

money supply = cash on players +TSL + bases + team funds

Why do people insist on getting wealth, money supply and circulating capital confused like this? Ok, just becouse lemon had 50 trillion credits does not mean lemon will spend 50 trillion credits.

The dev team already keeps track of this sort of thing. What value would be added by publicizing it?

Hello,

While i was reading this topic i got an idea that this game could have its own tax system. In real life i am working in this field.

So my suggestion is that we introduce all type of taxes like wealth tax, vessel tax, corporate tax, consumption tax etc.

Personaly i think it would be interesting feature for this game.

What you peeps think?

It could show the player the value of the economy as in: If there's 100tril+ credits in the game then their 50mil credits is low. If there's 1tril credits in the game, then their 50mil credits is not as low xp. That's one way but idk how useful it could be.
