Pretty silly that if you want to be on your own team, you must get a second account, invite that character, and then use it to invite all your alts.

Can we have a "Remote Team Invite" function that works on offline characters?

Could set your team to Recruit Team Members, and then find your team via the Team tab when you don't have a team.
