Post Nano Compressed Dampener+
Requires Support Focus 20.
Same stats as Compressed <DamageType> Dampener+
Smaller.
Uses a decent amount of Skrinkonium in the build.

Why? Some teammates were lamenting that these things were too big (these guys have Paximinus slaves). I'm not advocating they get small dampeners for free, so I thought an additional tier of compressed damps would be nice, with the only stat changed is size, and that's because you added a bunch of Skrinkonium people never use, to the original dampener plus misc material.

Also would be nice for p2ps to sell to f2ps because Copper is EF layer.

I wouldnt say no, but the nano version should be tech 20 IMO, or at least, higher tech.

Will drop from dungeons like the current compressed damp+ bps. Will be in next patch whenever that happens. :)
