A stealthy drone that lasts 10 minutes, can chat from another gal through the drone. Play mind games on people.

Could call it Propaganda Seer Drone

but seriously, seer, in pvp, is all about mind games, not about fighting... make your opponent feel you're around, and you have an advantage.
