Is it normal they take so long to build? I think I remember something had been done about reducing build time and considerably increasing required workforce.

they are max wirjfirce 1 and like 50-100k manhours

A while back the admins changed all blueprints (or at least all the ones that got used more than once every couple universes) to have at max, about 24 hour builds if you kept max workforce.

Obviously, these guys slipped through the cracks. It was probably because even seers don't build them; spacemines suck that much for the benefit you get.

These should be 360,000 manhours @ 100k max workforce, calibrated to take 1 hour to complete.
