Please add PWI replacement for new players. I think PWI is a really important item for most solo DGer classes but 20b pricetag is a lot.

Something like 1-2 minute cooldown and 2k distance. If we need to make it bad, add higher elec cost compared to PWI.

Tech 18-19. Make it available easily please.

I agree there definitely needs to be more warp devices at lower levels in the game. I think even as soon as in the nexus it would be nice to introduce a warp device. There pretty critical in survival.

Yea that charge rate is terrible, same goes for every single other warp device under tech 20. My issue is that i dont want to make a tech 2 item comparable to a tech 20 item. Perhaps a warp device locked to hull tech level could be added, so that we can give it decent stats without having to worry about making items like PWI irrelevant.
