Post Consistency of Oly Blueprints
I've noticed, after building various Oly-related pieces of gear, that the builds for them are incredibly inconsistent. Take, for instance, the Surging Poseidon Hippios Shield Transference. To get from a normal Poseidon Shield Transference to it, between the two blueprints, it takes a total of 2 modules. However, when building a Heavy Bloodstained Ares Sapper from a regular Ares Sapper, it takes a total of 6 modules to get to that point. Many other builds are inconsistent in this way, and these are only two of the extremes.

You are mistaken about this. The Poseidon Hippios Shield Transference (normal-size tier 2) takes three T21 modules (1 Harmonic Shield Focusers and 2 Shield Lattice Intensifiers). To upgrade this to the SPHST (oversized tier 2) takes one additional Harmonic Shield Focuser.

Ah, I was mistaken... Don't know how I missed that. But it still stands, some items take way less modules to build.
