Post subject:  New Teams Cannot War

So new teams cannot war because they do not have warmongering, but other teams can war you, meaning they can come through your gals without being shot at or have trade slaves going through.

Broken as hell and highly exploitable. This needs to be fixed, like now.

That's super bullshit. Admins plz fix your shit. I know there is a new team skill system on it's way but it's definately SoonTM and not happening before 2018.

Just add some levels of warmongering for all new teams.

When current team skill system was put in, all old teams got a lot of team skills for free.

For reference this is a comparison of what old teams got and what new teams start with.

This is actually the most bullshit feature currently in game.

Or we could just count Declaring War as a hostile act for AI base aggro...that would cover this and solve alot of other problems. Six teams want to war you....awesome, I am on full defense anyway, and not one of my Warmongering slots has been used.

I think all teams should be able to have infinite wars active. War costs credits so I don't really think there would be anything OP with that.

We had an issue with people spamming fake teams with rude names and warring others just to send them a rude message in team chat. We aren't trying to keep legitimate teams from having wars and right now the actual cost of team SP to obtain Warmongering 1 is very low (5).

Make it cost credits to make a team, and ban players that do inappropriate things. Do not punish players that actually properly play the game because there are trolls.

A new team has probably...200 experience? So at 5 SP needed for level 1, that's 25 days sitting there before you can war someone back?

No, we aren't doing that. This sort of grey infraction is very difficult to police effectively as it has to be done manually and there will always be judgment call necessary. We don't have the moderation staff available to take this approach.

We will make unidirectional war create aggro in both directions and we can look at reducing the Warmongering cost to 1 SP or something.

Both direction aggro needs to be done asap
