Make regeneration and mobility worth it.

Or nerf their balance weights.

After playing other games, this game is missing a lot with activity rewarded construction speed ups and exp boosts.

That is a great point. We do have a bit of the latter but the former doesn't exist at all.

24 hour builds are dumb when you want to build basic stuff :\

find a way for teammates to boost each other also promotes active team play. Laying on blessings on permanent assets etc, You should only build the ability to bless by activity not wealth

+1 to the idea of removing the crazy one-off power spike items.
Its depressing to literally be unable to gauge how much work you need to put in to get "best in class" because the items are so rare and so superior they are effectively never traded.
