Post subject:  Damage and shield regen.

I wonder how a new dynamic would fare if applied regarding shield regen and damage.

Any character taking hostile damage would not regen until it has not taken damage for 3-5 seconds for example.

Only classes who have an interest in Shields - Shield Monkey, would get a skill worked into their class skills to negate this effect.

It could also be possible that if a Shield Monkey takes hostile damage a certain % of the recieved damage could be turned into HPS damage and shield regen for a limited duration.

It could possibly be applied to DMs that focus on healing too.

What do you think?
