In this case I would say Rob did the right thing, that kind of spamming should be punished. Switching to a alt and continue spamming after a mute is a bannable offence.
I dont think RobC is suitable as a mod though and I really cant understand how he became one in the first place... |

So you want him to stop being a mod then cite reason why he did his job proper "I only spammed for X amount of time"
He doesnt HAVE to warn, and he doesn't HAVE to be polite You do however HAVE to not spam, Making a name for the purpose of abusing someone should also be a ban really. I've seen that I can mute people effectively by politely announce that there might be funny accidents happen to people if they won't shut up.
