as a member of Light Commerce, i can't say whether Sanctuary or Imperial Domination have chances of becoming emp anytime soon, though most of what i've seen for Imperial Domination were galaxies with one or two, four max bases... so it seems like they're short on base builders or on effective base/galaxy management. Sanctuary i know little of, besides when Sanct and LC merged for about a week, enough time to claim galaxies together, then we split apart... great fun.

But as i see it, LC won't become Emp in several universes, unless we made it our goal to do that and recruited accordingly, when we do have uber players, they don't mix well with the lower-levels that take up the majority of the team. So i guess as long as the team continues to grow or sets their sights on it, without doing something drastic to receive the ire of bizman like we did with tobal, i'd say maybe 3 or 4 universes we'd be capable of it, depending on who leaves/joins our team and others.

To be honest, I have high respect for both Sanctury and LC, and it is my belief that it is entirely possible for them to get emp.
