I say it needs A LOT of work. The Star Sonata pages is basically a copy from star sonata's screenshot page.

only html....ew....throw in a css some javascript, maybe a few php scripts and then everything will be happy. Don't use frames either.

css, nice but unnecessary for a small site. I'd say learn it, because it
is essential for larger websites
javascript, full of crap, should be avoided at all costs since it is broken on
actually functional browsers (not IE, that is)
Unless you are planning on getting a job doing webpages, that is.
php is nice, but useless should you plan on doing a static site.

and don't consider using frames, bad practices, those.
