This. Your hell is because you lack the motivation or time to learn why you aren't winning. You don't analyze your mistakes, you don't look back and reflect on what you could have done better. Most people in their "elo hell" tend to blame everything that isn't themselves. Say lag, bad teammates, no communication, the fucking useless jungler/mid/adc/support/top. Some people cannot take constructive criticism or blame for anything.
If you can manage to accept that maybe you're not the best player, you can work your way out. I started Bronze 1 Season 3, I worked my way into Gold over a period of a few months.
