If you can attack another player, then he can attack you and if not, then he can't. This is in all cases. When the code is checking to see if player A can attack player B, it finds the percent based on where they are and what the conditions are, and then applies that percent to the higher level player and sees if the lower level player is within that range. This assures total recipricality. |
