looks interesting +100% RoF and 10mins for anilizer.... it takes about 10mins to get full nrg for sniper

sounds awesome. sniper is bit broken as it is tho but i like the strategy that is implied by this requirement. i'd be careful tho jeff, sniper is close to broken atm is just there aren't many people investing in it yet.. and i think all those seers are starting to look the sniper way.

if i could offer a suggestion maybe... if they had scaling less and less vis over that 10 minutes to make them blend in a bit longer they sit. so far i've seen a sniper sit in a base and pop in/out and own a galaxy. without a base to shelter themselves in they've been a bit vulnerable independently, but maybe that's a good thing more i think about it. meh. either way congrats on what sounds like an awesome idea.

If sniper is made equal to other classes, the sniper re-router will need to be nerfed to some extent.

I LOVE these changes, I think the scaled damage over time idea is epic, really suites my image of a sniper :)
