can you please balance panther OL, i plan to use it on a panther not a pax so the hull is a bit too large if u get my drift ;p, balance it balance it!!!!

I noticed that someone has changed the core skill 20 requirements again.
You now need both the commod and the mission.
Not only does it defeat the purpose of the mission but it is grossly unfair to the most endangered sector of SS players the low/mid level players who have yet to get those skills.
SS has a population bulge around level 1k-2.5k, players who have benefitted from the easy leveling, and the ability to do the missions to complete core skills. I noticed that the players who were saying it was too easy to get core skills were in that level range.
These are core skills they should be doable.
The fact is they are NOT doable by the level of character that the skills are aimed at ( 500-600) unless you have a powerful team behind you. This means those midlevel teams have to beg a place on another teams run. Since the commod requirement is back this is unlikely to happen as the commods now have OTHER uses as well.
BTW this is compounded by the new uni system. Since to get tier 3 commods necessary to development a team has to take high df galaxies. This means that low-mid level characters (up to about level 300) who lack the warp skills cannot get to the team are and are condemmed to fend for themselves in lower level areas. Most teams now simply don't recruit these people and this exaserbates the problem.

I never said you could do it with 4-6 people. At level 500 they should start by working on pilot 20. When they all have it they would do equip 20. Then they would do shielding 20. With those skills they have the ability to make some pretty nice ships and can start working on EE 20 and wep 20.
Luckily there is more then 4-6 people playing the game and we even have a chat in which you can talk to others. No one will ever get the level 20 skills with a group of level 500 players who have none of the skills themselfs. But it is very much possible.

like I suggested, make an event out of it. . . . Spawn a bana queen and the AI in Colo and have people try to kill it using no t20 weapons . . . maybe some other restrictions as well to simulate a group of newer players (like no uz ships or combined aspect augs)
